It sells three residential internet plans from $39.99 to $109.99 a month for the first 12 months, two business plans, and a home and business phone service. Every plan includes unlimited data with no overage charges and free professional installation. Support is answered by a U.S.-based team 9am to 9pm Central, seven days a week at 800-692-9907. Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. territories are not served. Service is delivered over a combination of fiber and wireless connections — which one reaches a property depends on the address, and that flexibility is why coverage extends to homes single-technology providers turn away.

How we do business
Fiber and wireless, whichever reaches you
We are not locked into one way of delivering service. Some addresses get fiber; the rest are served wirelessly, with no cable run to the property. A provider with only one of those can only sell where it built — we can reach a lot of homes they cannot.
Unlimited actually means unlimited
No data cap and no overage charge on any plan we sell. A heavy month of streaming costs the same as a quiet one.
The price you are quoted is the price on the bill
We show the monthly service price and the equipment charge as two separate numbers on purpose, so nothing appears later that you were not told about.
Installation is free and a person does it
