You’ll need a major credit or debit card (not a pre-paid card) to place your initial order. After your service is installed and activated, you can update your payment method to ACH (bank account).

In most cases, equipment is installed within five days of purchase. Most customers schedule the installation date at time of order, or you’ll be contacted within three days to schedule. Commercial installation typically takes 4–6 hours; someone must be onsite.
