Who we are
Country Broadband (“we,” “us”) is an internet service retailer operated by Adams Friendship PC, LLC, Adams, Wisconsin. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
When you place an order request or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, and the service address where you want internet installed, plus your plan selection and installation preferences. Our website also uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement.
How we use it
We use your information to check serviceability at your address, process your order with our network partners, schedule installation, collect the one-time activation fee (by phone or a secure payment link — we don’t take service payments on this site), and service your account. Contact about your order is required to place one, because that is how we complete it; checking availability never requires any contact agreement. Separately — and only if you opt in — we may tell you about future offers; that opt-in is never a condition of ordering, and you can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
Who we share it with
We share order information with our network and installation partners as required to activate and service your internet — that’s it. We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging
If you opt in to marketing text messages, message frequency may vary and message & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Consent to receive marketing messages is never a condition of purchasing any service. If you place an order, we may contact you by phone, text or email to complete it — including collecting payment, confirming your installation date, and sharing promotions available at your address.
Analytics & advertising
We use standard analytics and advertising tools (such as Google and Meta measurement tags) to understand how visitors use our site and to measure our advertising. These tools may set cookies. You can limit ad personalization through your browser settings and the ad-preference tools offered by those platforms.
Session replay
To improve the site and troubleshoot problems, we use first-party session-replay technology that records how visitors interact with our pages — such as clicks, scrolling, pages viewed, and general mouse movement. Anything you type into a form is masked on your device before any information is sent to us, so keystrokes and form entries are never transmitted or stored; payment and other sensitive fields are excluded from recording entirely. These recordings are kept for up to 30 days, are used only by our own team, and are never sold or shared for marketing. If you have questions or want a recording associated with your visit deleted, contact us at info@countrybroadband.net.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your contact information, or opt out of marketing at any time: call 800-692-9907 or email info@countrybroadband.net.
