Who we are

Country Broadband is an internet service retailer operated by Adams Friendship PC, LLC, Adams, Wisconsin (“Country Broadband,” “we,” “us”). By ordering or using our services, you agree to these terms.

The service

We arrange internet, phone and related services delivered through our network partners. Availability, speeds and promotions vary by service address and are confirmed before your order is completed. Speed figures are typical ranges, not guarantees — actual speeds vary with network conditions.

Ordering and activation

Submitting an order request on this site does not charge you anything. An order specialist confirms availability, pricing, promotions and any applicable one-time activation fee with you by phone before your order is finalized. A major credit or debit card (not a pre-paid card) is required to place your initial order.

Equipment

Equipment (including the Wi-Fi modem) is provided with your service and remains the property of the network operator. Where an equipment lease fee applies, it is included in the monthly pricing shown at checkout. Equipment must be returned upon cancellation; unreturned equipment may incur charges set by the network operator.

Billing and cancellation

Service is billed monthly. Plans with a term commitment are identified at the time of order; canceling a term plan early may involve an early-termination charge set by the network operator. No-contract plans can be canceled at any time. Promotional discounts apply for the promotional period stated when your order is confirmed.

Being contacted

Because we complete every order by phone — collecting payment on your account by phone or a secure payment link, confirming your installation date, and confirming the promotions available at your address — placing an order requires your agreement to be contacted about that order at the phone number and email you provide, including by phone call and text message. We cannot process an order we have no way to reach you about. Message and data rates may apply. Simply checking availability at your address never requires this agreement.

Marketing and promotional messages are separate: they are sent only if you opt in to them, opting in is never a condition of placing an order or purchasing service, and you can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. Details in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

The service is for lawful, personal (or, on business plans, ordinary business) use. Abuse of the network, resale of the service, or unlawful activity may result in suspension or termination under the network operator’s policies.
